Return Guidelines
Return Window: Items are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original packing, undamaged, and in original condition.
Proof of Purchase: For all returns, a receipt or other evidence of purchase is necessary.
Return Procedure
- To commence a return, please phone or email our customer support team. Mention the reason for the return along with your order number.
- Pack the item safely in its original packaging, including any accessories, instructions, and paperwork, before shipping the return.
Cost of Return Shipping
Customer Responsibilities: Unless there was a mistake or fault on our end, customers are in charge of paying the return shipping charges.
